Does the OPC sniffer work with classic OPC (Midcrosoft OLE) or UPC UA?

Is it mandatory to restart server and communicator while uploading a project to RapidSCADA?

Agent automatically decides whether to restart or not. It depends what settings was changed.

Is it possible to run two different projects simultaneously on the same machine and view outputs on the webstation?

My be you need 2 different Rapid SCADA and 2 different projects.
The 1st project for simulating. And the 2nd project for control the simulated system.

For the 2nd instance, you need the 2nd deployment profile.
Address of the instance depends on the server where you deployed the instance.

In Rapid SCADA 5.8 you can export tables of the configuration database in CSV format and then print them by Excel.
Configurations of the other applications are stored in XML files. You could open them in Notepad++ and print.

Some web sites don’t allow to display them in a frame. For example, Google.
To fix it, you need administrative access the website you want to display.

Web application uses port 80. You should find and enable the existing rule in Windows firewall settings.

The Administrator app can run on Linux. But has some restrictions in editing table data.
To run the app, type
mono ScadaAdmin.exe in the proper directory

This problem is related with the modules libapache2-mod-mono and mono-apache-server4
Try to repeat the step
sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-mono mono-apache-server4
and check if there are some errors during installation.
