You should remove Rapid SCADA using the ScadaSetup.exe
Make sure that C:\SCADA doesn’t extist after uninstall.
Install Rapid SCADA again.

Also you can use dynamic DNS service, such as https://www.noip.com/ In this case, you need to register the service, enter the credentials into your router, setup NAT on the router, and then connect like youraddress.ddns.net/scada

F6 is a unit ID, in terms of Rapid SCADA this is a device address defined in Administrator.
While another software uses Unit ID = 1.
You can check it by http://modbus.rapidscada.net/

Rapid SCADA requires .NET Framework 4.6 or higher. You need at least Windows 7. See this

In 2019 we may move to .NET 4.7, so you probably should think about upgrading the server OS.

.NET 4.7 is required to use the same .NET Standard DLLs with cross-platform .NET Core build of Rapid SCADA.
