Will communicator send all device tags while we restar the server and communicator ?

When Communicator starts it sends all tags for each device after a session with it.
If Server restarts, it does not affect sending all data or changes only.

Do we have any Interface to access the communicator state?

In version 6 device status can be bound to channel.

that scheme is loading for really long time

When loading takes a long time, is loading result successful?
Try to open the same scheme on Windows Server and compare with other machines.
Check the size of the scheme file.

ModDbExport_001.txt says that only events are exported, because the queues for current and archive data are not in use. You should check the module configuration.

You should check that the key file PlgNotification_Reg.xml is located inside your project in the C:\SCADA\Projects\YOUR_PROJECT\Instances\Default\ScadaWeb\config folder

I forgot to mention that I am testing rapidscada in a vmware virtual machine do you think that is a problem?

VMware is OK.

Check that ModAutoControl_Reg.xml exists inside the project.
Also check that the keys are not ignored on the project upload form.
Keys files are transferred when a project is uploaded to server.

Configuration of plugins is a part of Rapid SCADA project. XML files should be located in the project.
If you changed plugin configuration file in the project, you should upload it to the server to run.

All that settings are inside your project. Restore the project from your backup and upload to server.
Reinstallation is not needed.

The Quantities table contains physical quantities.
The Units table contains units of measurement, and may contain enumeration values.

For example, 10 meters.
Quantity is length.
Meter is unit.

You can copy correct secret key from C:\SCADA\ScadaAgent\Config\ScadaAgentConfig.xml

Yes, you can add custom statuses. To use them, you need formulas that return corresponding statuses.

The Units table does not contains channel statuses. It may contain enumerations.
