    May I know the correct way to start.the notification plug in?
    Do I need to download the configuration every time for the change of the program and channels? And then upload the configuration immediately?

    Configuration of plugins is a part of Rapid SCADA project. XML files should be located in the project.
    If you changed plugin configuration file in the project, you should upload it to the server to run.
