We had purchased license for auto control module and have found that while key is valid it doesn’t work properly. At start of module we get this error in log:
“Registration key file \ScadaServer\Config\ModAutoControl_Reg.xml not found.”I also checked this folder and there really is no “ModAutoControl_Reg.xml” file. I uploaded and download project again but file was not created.
In modules registration tab it says that key is valid. How can we generate this file so that it will use the registration key?
Check that ModAutoControl_Reg.xml exists inside the project.
Also check that the keys are not ignored on the project upload form.
Keys files are transferred when a project is uploaded to server.
