Long loading times of schemes

We have dedicated server for RapidScada application:
Intel Xenon Silver 4210 CPU @ 2.20 Ghz
32 GB RAM
Windows server 2019 64-bit

CPU and memory are around 20%.

This should probably be enough for RapidScada but a lot of time it happens on many devices:
Win 10
Andorid
iOS

that scheme is loading for really long time. Most of the times it helps if you refresh then it mostly loads in few seconds.
Do you have any advice what we could do to make loading of schemes faster?

When loading takes a long time, is loading result successful?
Try to open the same scheme on Windows Server and compare with other machines.
Check the size of the scheme file.

No loading in not successful. You need to refresh web page, before you can open any scheme. Before that problem occurs scheme will open in around 3s. It doesn’t matter if you are in LAN or internet, for the problem to occur.
On Windows Server it appears to be OK. Scheme sizes are around 1300 kB.

I confirm that sometimes the described issue happens. Likely it is caused, when data request has no response from server. We will fix this issue when start redesign of schemes in the next generation of scheme engine.

So no posible fix / solution in this version?

We do fix critical errors in version 5. All new features and minor improvements will be included in version 6. This issue is not critical.
