Previously, the Rapid Scada that I had was running normally, but currently the Rapid Scada can’t upload. How to fix it? (Error uploading configuration : Unable to login :- Invalid username or password)

hello I have tried to follow the youtube tutorial, but the runtime page displays “localhost refused to connect.” (https://drive.google.com/file/d/12FC7OO7hiFGqtKtUP9RXug-e_TYuucd3/view?usp=sharing)
For example, I create 2 pages on the scheme (page1.sch & page2.sch)
then on page 1 I created a button which when pressed will move the display to page2.schand i have any question,can the scheme create a pie chart?

I mean, if i have data 273 from modbusRTU but i want to display it as 27.3 on scada tables view. I have tried but, the data show is 273.00. Can you help me to solve this?
