victorlamParticipantHello Mikhail,
Thanks for your support.
I have this notification before provided that the I have set the limit, eg lower limit, lower alarm, high limit, high alarm limit. Yes, I will have the notification under this condition. But I would like to have the notification (long beep with acknowledgement) if the register eg 30001 is having the value of 1 or 2. How can I achieve this notification support?
victorlamParticipantActually I have already installed the notification plug in. But I cannot receive any continuous long beep sound. Please advise if I have something missing for the steps within Administrator.
victorlamParticipantMay I know how can we set the deadband?
victorlamParticipantPlease find the event log with checkbox unticked

There is no acknowledgement here. Not understand what is missing here at Administrator in the input channel.
victorlamParticipantIf there is long beep implemented, event log showed the “checked” checkbox is ticked.
I do not understand why sometimes this acknowledgement not working sometimes. Or my steps are not correct.
victorlamParticipantHello Mikhail,
Thanks for your reply. Actually, I tested and worked.
Together with notification plug in, there is a short beep for the status changed from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0 or 0 to 2 etc.
But I would to have a long beep with the acknowledgement? How can this be implemented? or there is no way to have long beep here?
victorlamParticipantHello Hennie,
Thanks for your help. It is fine for me.
As I am still new on this platform, it will be good to have some information that can be followed with.
victorlamParticipantHello Mikhail,
Thanks for the reply. May I know if I need to create two units (Enumeration) with two rows.
36 Off
37 OnOr I can combine together.
What’s the difference using a single row with two states and two states two rows here?Regards,
Victor
victorlamParticipantCan I confirm if I need to apply lower limit or lower alarm limits or higher limit or higher alarm limits? Then click event on change checkbox.
victorlamParticipantThanks! I can find the status values at event under Dictionaries here. I assume this is the location you mentioned.
victorlamParticipantHello,
I tried to find the Configuration Database, there is no secondary tables – Statuses.
May I know if I need to create a new table for statuses?
Or there is statuses hidden at Administrator? Please advise where I can locate for this.
victorlamParticipantOr channel number status is only applied for event usage? How can I use the status of a channel number?
What is the normal status value of the input channel number? For example:-
Input channel number 101 = 10
Input channel number 102 = 20
Output channel number 101 = 1
Output channel number 102 = 2Then what should be the normal input channel status for 101? 1 or 2 or 3 or zero??
What should be the normal output channel status 101 here? 1 or 0 or undefined?
What factor will be defined or determined for the channel status of input/output channel?Sorry, it might be confused between value and status here.
victorlamParticipantIt is version 5.
victorlamParticipantHello Hennie,
I know if you have successfully implemented your requirement, I also would like to set the similar function.
Can you kindly share how you can set the input channel and formula and condition so that 1 is Healthy and 2 is Faulty then.
Can you help to share your steps if possible?
victorlamParticipantHello JW,
Thanks for your reply.
May I know how the units can be having multiple states here?
And how the Webstation can determine when is 0 or 1 or 2 here? -
