Output control by Input

Hello, i have issue with output control by input state…
OPC server – read value from our PLC is OK – i have input in our project…

ModBUS TCP device – OUTPUT CHANNEL…

When i set manual output to on or off via Rapid Scada web table interface , work fine – relay click 🙂
But when change value from OPC server from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0 realay dont change state 🙁

I am a beginner , so I’m sorry for this simple question.

Hi,

Is this the same physical device or 2 different devices?
You should check communication line log in Communicator and find the lines when you send a command.

Hi, two different devices…
First PLC device via OPC server as INPUT CHANNEL.
New screen shot with all input channels HERE.
Second device is ModBUS TCP device as OUTPUT CHANNEL (and INPUT channels to check the status).

I reguire very simple function…
When OPC input change state to 0 >>> change MODBUS output 2201 to 0
When OPC input change state to 1 >>> change MODBUS output 2201 to 1

In web GUI Rapid scada i see change state on input channel from OPC OK, but not work this change in output channel 2201. Why?

When i set manual via small racket, in web GUI Rapid Scada table… function OK. MODBUS device change status on relay to ON, or OFF according to manual input.

I check state MODBUS device every 5 seconds for read atual state relayes. Check state OK.

When i change state to on or off via small rocket, i see some incorrects in log, but relay on ModBUS device change state to on or off OK.

When change input channel from OPC server, i didnt see anythink.

I found this and other answer to my question.

I can try demo Automatic Control Module.
I download last version Automatic Control Module, when I wanted to start with the configuration, I found a this problem with Automatic Control Module.

Now everything works OK.
When I really try the automatic control module, I buy it for our smart home use.

Thank you for everything, the Rapid Scada is a great nice project.
