1. Stop the server service.
2. Open current data and check value of the channel 1311. Use Administrator to view raw data. Does it correct?
3. Start server. Check value of the channel 1311 again. What is the value and status?
4. If it was reset, publish ScadaServer.log.

Before checking Auto Control Module, we need to know what channel values and statuses are really calculated.

Open data files remotely is not a good solution, because they might be too big. I think we should add a web viewer that displays raw data.

You can open logs from text files in any time.

After sending a new value using Generator, check the actual channel data
Administrator – Instances – Default – Server – Archive – Current Data

If the channel data differs from the expected, let me know what channel data was expected and what is the actual result.

5.7.1 is too old. I suggest to install v5.8.2 that includes Administrator 5.5.2.1.

I could not find any way to easily determine which version of Rapid SCADA is installed.

Rapid SCADA contains many applications. A user can upgrade them separately. The easiest way is to keep the downloaded installation package.

1. A controller have to support this feature.
2. A new Rapid SCADA driver should be developed to implement the communication protocol of the controller.

Try the same and tell about results.

Note: I don’t recommend to use Averaging checkbox of input channels because it is deprecated and will be removed. Use the formulas instead.
