Could you check if Communicator already started successfully before you upload the project?
If Communicator is not fully started when you upload again, there may be an issue, because it should be fully started before stop.
May be starting takes a long time. if so, you should analyze the cause.

You need Automatic Control Module to send 2 commands by 1 click.
You send the 1st command as usual. A command trigger reacts on the 1st command and sends the 2nd command.I guess that the Linux and mono is not very suitable for .net program
