I think, it is possible to create a component for schemes that can show IPcam in a popup window over a scheme.
Why you don’t use hardware modules that counts off/on cycles? This would be much reliable and transparent.

Try ASCII text (8 chars) or Unicode text (4 chars) formats. Minimum version of KpOpc.dll is 5.0.1.0
I usually use 8GB cards.

Rapid SCADA itself is very small. To realize how much space are needed for Mono and Apache, you should check the appropriate docs.Is it possible to get plain image file of the working RPI SCADA?
I don’t plan to create such image because Mono and other packages are updated often by their teams.
What image of Raspbian do you use?
