I think, you are on the right way.
You can copy KpOpcUa*.xml and then edit it with XML editor like Notepad++.
To find what lines should be edited, create 2 files manually, then compare them using WinMerge free app.May be the translation of the question is not exact.

You could try the following:
1. By default, there is a delay 200 ms after each request. You can set it to 100 ms in the device options, for each device.2. Split the communication line into 2 communication lines. They work in parallel.
