Using the subscription mode is an outdated approach.
Send /info command in the Telegram chat to get chat ID and name.
Then open the device properties in Administrator – Communicator and add the subscription if needed.

The preferable address is taken from the configuration database.
However, it’s more clear when the addresses matched. It’s possible to sync addresses by a tool after they changed manually.

You should set Address in the Devices table.

Now it is better.
Copy the request as a text here (Ctrl+C).
Then compare requests in Communicator and in Simply Modbus Master by this tool.

Keep only 1 device active to make tests clear.

Set Call Number to empty in the device settings in Communicator and in the Device table of the configuration database.
Also set Period to zero.
Then upload the project to run.

If doesn’t work, send new logs.

The described features would be quite useful, definitely. Many of them are contained in our back log. General direction of improvements is making scheme editing faster.

Some features are already exist, at least partially:
> Select multiple elements at ones
Hold Ctrl and click elements.

> The ability to define a detailed view for an element, for instance double-click on element to display a popin with informations regarding this element
Link component allows to show a popup. Note: double click is not common in web interface.

Is there a RapidSCADA developper based in western europe ?

Our team is located in Voronezh, Russia. Rapid SCADA community is around the world.

This year we plan to release Rapid SCADA 6 with the existing scheme engine. The 6th version simplifies project configuring and data archiving.
Next year it would be nice to significantly redesign schemes to add new features.
We would be glad to cooperate.
