Tried that many times. This problem is across 3 different browsers and is consistent with websites malfunctioning all on the same day.
So, the Windows 8.1 OS could be broken.
Even when I uninstalled SCADA, the problem persisted.// The link was removed by admin.
I cannot get the Channels button to activate the drop down menu.
It has an ethernet port. I have been running Siemens Powerconfig for a couple of years successfully. Powerconfig has no logging capabilities.
PAC3200 uses Modbus.
I have a snip of the error message, but do not see how to post it.Okay, I restarted Windows and the Communicator icon showed up!

Now what?
There aren’t any SCADA icons in the system tray. I clicked on customize and one SCADA application was listed. It is Communicator Control and was set to “notification only”. I changed it to “show icons and notifications” and then OK. However, it is still reluctant to show its icon.
You probably know that I can’t click on the arrow to expand the tray AND take a snip with the snipping tool.I don’t see any icons here.
