    Hi Mikhail,

    I am using Rapid V5.84. Recently I have an incident which my PC sudden power outage and power resume after around 30 minutes.

    I didn’t notice there was no communication in between PC and devices for about 2 hours after PC resume.

    Thus I clicked the upload button in the SCADA admin and communication in between PC and devices able to resume back. Below is the communicator log:

    Pls advice for what I should do to avoid communication may lost after PC resume from power outage in the future.

    Hi,
    When a PC starts, the services should start automatically. You can check the startup type of the services in the Services console.
    Make sure that TCP port 10000 is not used by another application rather than SCADA-Server.
