Can you connect to SCADA-Server using Hercules utility?

You have to add a new record to the Rights table that contains “Servers\” interface object and “Teste” role.

SCADA-Server uses TCP port 10000. Make sure that this port is not used by other application. You can do this by TCPView.

Also you can test the connection by Hercules utility. Just try to connect to 127.0.0.1:1000 as TCP client.
