    Ten digits display normal

    Hi,
    In the Current Data tab you need to enter INSERT request only. Other SQL scripts are needed for creating the database.

    Hi,

    IP address of a GSM device is specific to a telecommunication company. Sometimes they provide real IP for extra fee. This approach is not flexible. That’s better when a modem connects to a server.

    IP addres I have to put in coomunication settings dor slave devie?

    IP not needed if a modem initiates a connection.

    1. Go to the Modules page
    2. Click the Add (+) button
    3. Add ModDBExport.dll and apply the settings.
    4. Select the module and click the Properties button.

    You should create a new database connection in the module properties form and paste SQL requests for this connection.
    What is the particular question?

    Configuration of Rapid SCADA is prepared on Windows, then applied on Linux. I recommend watching the videos to learn how to configure Modbus.

    Hi Rodrigo,

    Usually a modem is TCP client while Communicator is TCP server. You should set the TCP server type of communication channel in Communicator and allow the incoming connection on Firewall. Setup a modem to connect to the IP or DNS name and TCP port of your server. You will see that a connection is established in a communication line log. If connection is OK, Communicator polls the devices.

    If something goes wrong, provide logs of the communication line.
