The problem is that the destination folder is not empty.
1. Uninstall Rapid SCADA
2. If the folder C:\SCADA exists, delete it.
3. Install Rapid SCADA from the beginning.

The module version is fresh.

The line in the log “Command is enqueued to be sent at 16:10:49. Device 0, Command 1” says that output channel number was not applied.

Try checking C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Config\ModAutoControl.xml

Other way, in the trigger settings instead of output channel, specify the device number.

Also I can fix this remotely for a fee if needed.

Refusing connection can be done by the device itself, by network equipment or firewall.
