There is a problem with Import Table

I exported a project in csv format and then imported it to a project with multiple channels. When the Channel contains Channel1 Channel2, the import can only be imported into Channel1 but not into Channel2. The same is true with xml and bat formats. I tried adjusting Destination IDs Start, but nothing worked. Is there something wrong with the way I used it? Or is it something else? Thank you very much for your answer!!
