Notification plugin support

Notification Plugin helps an operator to pay attention to the most important events. The plugin generates notifications based on events according to specified rules and displays them in the notification panel that appears on the right side of the web page. In addition, the plugin turns on an audible alert depending on the notification type.

I need to have an audible alert. May I know if my PC will have audible alert once the condition was met.
My request is if register 30001=1, then there is audible alert reported by PC.
Not sure if this can be done or no need to use this plug in.

Notification Plugin reacts on events. If you enable events for a channel, you can get events and sound alert for it.

Note: sometimes web browser may disable sound to care about user. Or user can close his browser. The most reliable way is using hardware relay and beeper to play alarms.
