First time update of Digital Output status

Automatic Control Module

I am using Rapid Scada and Automatic Control Module (ACM) for Home Automation.
I have set up various Triggers in ACM and the Digital Outputs are controlled by the ACM on firing of Trigger and this works well.
The issue I am having is that whenever I am uploading a new Trigger or updating the Trigger the status of the Digital Outputs remains as it was unless a Trigger changes it. I would like to know if it is possible to make a configuration in Rapid Scada so that whenever any change is made, all the Digital Outputs are synced to current state.
