    Hi collegues,
I’m new to rapidscada, after a short training I could connect a device (a power meter) to the software with a direct ethernet connection with the pc.
Now I assigned a static ip address to my device, so I can access to its internal webserver through the web.
I went then to rapidscada and I changed its local ip address into the public ip address, i kept the port 502, it did not connect. can anyone tell me what’s wrong ?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Please paste communication line log here.
You should check firewall. Probably, outgoing connection to TCP port 502 is prohibited. Web interface uses port 80 which is usually permitted.

Hi Mikhail. I am new to rapidscada. After some times i could connect my electricity meter to the software. It is working perfectly. The electricity mater can measure many parameters ( u, i, w, va, var, kwh, Hz …). But it can not display real parameter. Could you help me to use the formula for these parameters?
    Thanks and best regards

    Hi,

Could you explain what calculations you need to apply? May be write an example of math formula.
