i checked all number of year is 2017 all data but number in WEB table view not show.

I do as you suggest. It gives the Hourly file a valid year name (170331.dat) . And in the log file, the year number is 2017.
But in the table on the web SCADA that do not have the numbers.

In Thailand, there are two year count systems.
Buddhist era and Christian era.
2560 is Buddhist era count systems.
But in computer i setup Legion and Language format to Christian era.
Do I need to set up another one?

I see C:\SCADA\ScadaComm\Log\ScadaCommSvc.log have 2560 year too.

I will try to follow this advice.
“Try opening Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and changing the user for ScadaServerService and ScadaCommService”
