You can reset this kind of value by using Generator of SCADA-Server. But it is not suitable for your case. I think the best way of implementing the functionality you need is defining your own formula that calculates switching and supports reset.Could you upload your screenshot to the web using image hosting, for example, postimage.org ? I can’t view the image from drive D of your PC.

No formula is needed for sending Off and On.
Have you got a message “The command is in the queue for execution” from SCADA-Web?
Probably you didn’t click Execute button after selecting command value.
You can change command radio buttons to buttons in this web form using SCADA-Web Configurator (Simple commands sending checkbox).Please check that the directories specified in SCADA-Server
and shown here are exist.
Did you install Rapid SCADA in C:\SCADA directory?For the reason that XP is outdated OS, SCADA-Web can’t be installed automatically. Manual installation of SCADA-Web is needed. Follow the steps described in Doc\manual_setup.pdf in the installation package.

The behavior of channels of Switching Counter type is hardcoded.
The algorithm is:
Fill Formula field of the channel by any correct formula and tick Formula Used checkbox.
When the value of the formula crosses 0, the value of the channel will increase by 1.Yes, you can set it to 10 or 1 second, for example. But you can’t do it using graphical interface of SCADA-Server. If you need it, do it manually by editing C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Config\ScadaServerSvcConfig.xml in the text editor you like.
This mode hasn’t been tested yet, it works, most likely. In this case it is a good idea to monitor size of files in C:\SCADA\ArchiveDAT and C:\SCADA\ArchiveDATCopy
