MikhailModeratorHi,
Make sure that your SCADA-Server and Automatic Control Module were downloaded after 17 August 2017.
You can insert variables in the text of binary commands when you send emails. Available variables are here http://doc.rapidscada.net/content/en/modules/mod-auto-control.html (scroll the page to bottom)
MikhailModeratorPlease create a new topic and describe what calculations you need.
MikhailModeratorHi,
Using the new version of the module, you don’t need a formula.
Fill Delay field of a data trigger.
MikhailModeratorDo table views also show error?
MikhailModeratorHi,
Usually such errors caused when Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) not installed. Please check the installed components. If you provide screenshots, I can compare them with my server.
MikhailModeratorOk 🙂
Beautiful scheme
MikhailModeratorInformation exported when passed by Communicator to Server.
Check the logs:
C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ModRapidGate.log
C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ModRapidGate.txt
MikhailModerator1. See this answer
2. Display value of an input channel as usual
3. Try using existing DB Export module. Generate events on value change and export the events.
4. Use Automatic Control Module and request me for the new (currently not published). version. Values can be sent to PLC as Modbus commands.
MikhailModeratorHi,
You need to create input channels of calculated type that will store threshold. And create output channels to send command of setting threshold. Use SetVal formula for the output channels.
The other question is how do you plan to react on threshold. For example you can create a formula to calculate status of input channel depending on the thresholds.
MikhailModeratorI suppose, there are many text editors for XML which support collapsing and expanding XML nodes.
MikhailModeratorTheoretically, it is possible to port the UI, but this is hard work. See this screenshot made by our user.
MikhailModeratorgianguido, be free to ask follow up questions.
What XML editor do you use in Ubuntu?
MikhailModerator1. Not “hourly real”, but “real”.
2. Yes.
MikhailModeratorHi,
Why do you expect any time limit? This is open source, i.e. no limits. Many users build the software by themselves from the source code.
MikhailModeratorHow to show UI of coomunicator?
There is no UI on Linux, because it is a server. You should configure the software on Windows, and then copy configuration to Linux. I hope we will simplify this process in the future.
