I can not see any problems or error messages in this log. But each time I click on one channel I get a popup window with a message “UNDEFINED”.
With normal Chart all channels will be displyed without any troubles.
Any idea?
Thx and br

ParticipantThank you. I converted my project from v5 to v6, and now everything works fine.

ParticipantHello,
I tried this one: https://forum.rapidscada.org/?topic=convert-historical-data-from-v5-to-v6#post-14299
Correction: not ALL links, as I wrote in my last message, but all I have found. 😉
I found the converter and converted my v5-project to the version 6. In the configuration I have 4 communication lines. Two of them work very well, but the other two have some troubles with the communiaction. Under SCADA v5 everything worked perfect.
The difference between the working lines and non working lines is the TransMode:
– working lines TCP
– non working lines RTUI have no idea what for should I look in this forum.

ParticipantAdditional question: where can I find the conversion tools? All links I have found in this forum are empty.

ParticipantHello Mikhail,
Thank you for your reply. In the meantime, I found the package (from a very old backup).

ParticipantDear community,
This is an old topic, but I would like to use it for my issue. I have been working with version 5.x since 2018, and now I want to migrate to version 6.x. Everything has been installed, and it is possible to create new projects and open demo projects (HelloWorld).
I want to convert my old project using xxxConv5to6.exe. First, I started ProjConv5to6.exe, tried to convert HelloWorld, and got the following error message:
Convert Rapid SCADA project from v5 to v6
Choose project template language:
1 – English
2 – Russian
0 – Cancel
1
Source project: C:\SCADA\Projects\HelloWorld
Destination project: C:\SCADA\ConvertedToV6\Projects\HelloWorldError: Source project does not exist.
I also tried with some other projects, but always got the same result.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
T.tom040264
ParticipantHi Mikhail,
Nothing has changed. It can happen that everything works 5 times in a row and then suddenly everything gets stuck again. Then I have to start uploading 2-3 times and wait for the timeout until it works again. I haven’t noticed any regularity. Maybe it’s my Raspberry and I should get a new device.
Let’s close this topic. Thanks for the support.
Regards

ParticipantI did it and will report accordingly.

ParticipantCould you try please to open this link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/19GyHLXJTDAB_COHXx_9WjG5SU20Wv-FY/view?usp=sharing
I am not shure whether it will work.
tom040264
ParticipantI did it but nothing changed.
It doesn’t matter, it’s just a matter of patience. Sometimes it takes a few minutes and sometimes seconds.Thank you Mikhail

Participant1. /opt/scada/ScadaServer/svc_restart.sh is not executable.
2. Yes, there is 100% correlation between long waiting for response in Administrator and the “Error controlling service” message.
tom040264
ParticipantHello Mikhail,
This is a part of the logfile after an error. A minute later worked everything without any changes in the meantime. Is this a problem of raspberry?

ParticipantHello Mikhail,
There is one thing I still don’t understand. There are two directories with Interfaces:
C:\SCADA\Interface
and
C:\SCADA\Projects\MyProject\Interface
In the “Interface” table I have defined C:\SCADA\Projects\MyProject\Interface, and I edit the views from this directory, but when I start http://localhost/scada, the views from C:\SCADA\Interface will be shown.
The question is, where is this defined?
Regards
