You can save all the data.
It is possible to upgrade softly:
1. Install only the new web application using other virtual path name.
2. Specify the views into the configuration database as written in the current version of manual.

The current version of Chart Pro plugin is compatible with Rapid SCADA 5.

Hello,
You should check the installed Windows features, especially Windows Communication Foundation. Use this link or this.

Hi,
Because devices are not connected to your server. You can use Modbus simulator and OPC simulator as shown in YouTube videos.

We found out the cause: port 10000 was used by another application.

[Mikhail]

I’ve sent you an email.

[Mikhail]

Can you connect to SCADA-Server using Hercules utility?

[Mikhail]

You have to add a new record to the Rights table that contains “Servers\” interface object and “Teste” role.

[Mikhail]

SCADA-Server uses TCP port 10000. Make sure that this port is not used by other application. You can do this by TCPView.

Also you can test the connection by Hercules utility. Just try to connect to 127.0.0.1:1000 as TCP client.

Hello,
In the 1st image the user joao has the Administrator role. You don’t use your new role Teste for any user.

Please test, is your table view or scheme successfully opened by admin user or not?

[Mikhail]

Definitely, we will get rid of Silverlight.
It’s difficult to provide a date until we don’t make a contact. Approximately in 2017 🙂
