All required files are located in the folders. So you can install services by executeingsvc_install.bat from command line as administrator.
ScadaServer generated current data with the millisecond of timestamp are all zero.

for the command, you can only make boolean command on/off ?
Command of the Standard type has a value of double type.
Binary command allows sending any data.Rapid SCADA works as Modbus master, and it can be TCP server or TCP slave.
I still can’t open tcp connection with Local tcp port 502, error:The network connection was refused by the server.
You can use this Hercules utility to test connection.
