    Hi,

We just want to have daily backup in easily accessible format.
So right now are testing all the options and looking how it is going to work.

    Hi Mikhail,

Can you please disregard and delete above message. Looks like the system was not updated in time, or it was about missing data for the previous day.
The report in XML format has generated without issues.
My understanding is to have it in XLSX format I need Elastic addon?

    Regards.

    Hi Mikhail,

    Yes it worked fine.
Had issues extracting data when the data itself is missing. If the PC was shutdown (The report would not generate), when the sensor is not connected just generate blank data.

Another question the data is saved in UTC, will there be any changes in script to convert while generating data?

    Regards.

    Hi Mikhail,

As there is no video or detailed manual for Auto Report installation I have stuck on testing it on version 6. Checking trial version of Auto Report. I have skipped email part as I dont need it.

Create a communication line, device, and output channel to send reports by email to the specified recipients. (Created the line, but how to create output channel?)

Create a device and an output channel to send and receive commands for generating reports. (Same version 6 does not have output channel in tables).

Add a new user, which is used to connect the application to Server. (Added)
Configure Automatic Control Module to send commands on a schedule. (Added)

    Regards.

    Thank you,

Did not know where to look for this bit number.
Was looking in Server -> Archives.
It would be good to add somewhere as help to look in Secondary tables.

    Thanks Mikhail.

What does mean bit 11 in the table?
When I open Archive list I have [#],[Active],[Code],[Name],[kind],[module]
On #2 have minute archive, tried number 2 but the result is the same.

Thank you for the thread, moved it down the list and it helped (Server-> Archive).

In version 5 reports could be viewed and exported in CSV format! Is it not the option anymore in 6.2.1 version?
When trying to open XML file it says XML file does not appear to have any style information.

    Regards.
