Good day,
Saw that Utility Pack 6.0 was added to the plugins, but without any instruction.
I have input the files below as I understood it. Chanel 11 is added Archive number in Archive list. Tried minute archive but the result is the same.
Export historical archive to CSV
Enter archive bit (see Archives table): 11
Enter channel numbers: 101, 102
Enter start date and time (UTC, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS): 2024-08-15 12:00:00
Enter end date and time (UTC, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS): 2024-08-15 16:00:00
Enter output file name:The result is the file without any extension and only data in it below:
“Timestamp,Val101,Val102”
Nothing else in the file and nothing else created. Also the files in the Archive folder are in UTC and how does it extracts them? Using UTC Time or PC Time?
Regards.

The output filename should have the same name as it was entered.

When I open Archive list I have [#],[Active],[Code],[Name],[kind],[module]
On #2 have minute archive, tried number 2 but the result is the same.September 17, 2024 at 8:51 am #15476MikhailModeratorThe Minute archive has bit 1.

Did not know where to look for this bit number.
Was looking in Server -> Archives.
It would be good to add somewhere as help to look in Secondary tables. Thanks Mikhail.
September 18, 2024 at 9:12 am #15483MikhailModeratorWere you able to obtain the data using the bit number?
September 18, 2024 at 5:50 pm #15488takslasherParticipantHi Mikhail,
Yes it worked fine.
Had issues extracting data when the data itself is missing. If the PC was shutdown (The report would not generate), when the sensor is not connected just generate blank data.Another question the data is saved in UTC, will there be any changes in script to convert while generating data?
Regards.

There are no such plans. We might add a time zone option for a fee.
I would like to understand for what purposes you export data to CSV?September 21, 2024 at 2:08 am #15497takslasherParticipantHi,
We just want to have daily backup in easily accessible format.
So right now are testing all the options and looking how it is going to work.
Option is getting reports by the operator is also considered.Regards.

Good idea. It can be used in a combination with other backup methods.
