If possible, kindly share any new setting for event types. Or just use the default event values. No idea how to define a new event. Looks the existing events should be adequate for the application or no clear picture for all the events listed.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I have implemented this function already by defining a new unit eg LEAK with status normal, leak and break. But I would like to know if the other users use the same way The values are 0, 1 and 2 and 3.
0 normal
1 leak
2 break
3 leak+break

I use this together with notification plu in. Sometimes the acknowledge with event change is not stable. Not alert with status change every time.

I have more information to provide for your investigation on my issue case.

When I check the event record, userid showed 11 and 0.
I found that userid =11 works but not userid=0.

Please advise the details on userid. How can the user set the userid?

Actually, if I set with limits, the notification alarm works fine without issue.
Except the limit, the notification cannot be initiated with the acknowledgement and continuous long beep alarm.

Previously I try to set the high limit eg 0.1 and it works but this might not be a reasonable way to design the logic here.

My request is:-

Register 30001 = 1 Alert with notification (with acknowledgement)
Register 30001 = 2 Alert with notification (with acknowledgement)

30001 = 1 water leakage condition
30001 = 2 cable break condition
30001 = 3 leakage and cable break together

Please help to advise the proposal on this.
