Hello Mikhail,
Regard on the notification plug in, I tested this on two laptop with the notification plug in for the same program or same project.
I have found that the first laptop with registration key of notification plug in can have the acknwoledgement sound alert when the status of defined register is changed.
For other laptop with trial key provided, I found that there is no acknowledgement sound alert when the status of the defined registered is changed.
For the upper or lower limits setting on the level trigger, both laptop (either registration key or trial key) can work with sound acknowledgement.
So I am asking if the trial key on notificaiton plug in does not support the event change status on the defined register.Let me know on this confirmation or I need to purchase the additional key for the testing purpose. It is not convenient to test with the trial key for every two days on the new key generation.

Permanent and trial keys work similar. If some function does not work as expected, it is not caused by using trial key.October 10, 2022 at 1:38 pm #11215MikhailModeratorthere is no acknowledgement sound alert when the status of the defined registered is changed

I have purchased the notification plugin
I generate a notification assigned to a channel that in state 1 generates an event status.
When this happens, it triggers a notification and a corresponding sound,
I would like the bell to stop ringing when the channel returns to state 0 and generates a different event status,
Would this be possible,
Thank you

Notification Plugin requires to acknowledge all alarm events to stop bell ringing. It’s also possible to disable sound by the mute button.October 18, 2022 at 9:08 am #11307gabeirinhasParticipantHello,
would it be possible for the mute button to be activated by default, instead of having to activate it, thanks
October 19, 2022 at 7:31 am #11317MikhailModeratorHello,
I’ve written this idea to be implemented in version 6. Thank you.October 22, 2022 at 10:07 am #11345victorlamParticipantIn order to have no sound for notification, user needs to mute or unmute under Webstation.
Mute
Unmute
There is no other alternatives unless user would not like to use the notification plugin.October 22, 2022 at 10:26 am #11346gabeirinhasParticipantIts ok,
Thanks
November 15, 2022 at 1:01 pm #11532victorlamParticipantHello,
May I know how can I clear all the acknowledgement with a button or under the menu at webstation?
Thanks!
November 15, 2022 at 1:52 pm #11537MikhailModeratorHello,
Each event should be acknowledged individually.
We plan to add the Ack All button in the future version of Notifications Plugin.November 22, 2022 at 2:43 pm #11655victorlamParticipantHello,
Yes, please add the Ack ALL button as a must, otherwise no way to solve this issue.
