Windows server 2019 VM server is unvailable

HI,

i’m working with a gcp VM with windows server 2019. Whene i hit public_ip/scada it goes to login page but then “server is unavailable” is presentend after logging in.

What do i need to do? it seems agent it’s not working.

Hi,

You should look for additional error info that is written in C:\SCADA\*.log files
Each Rapid SCADA application has its own log file.

i’ve tried to check all SCADA\*.log for allt the applications but everi Log folder is empty so i don’t know how i get the “server is unavailable” error.

What can i do?

What in ScadaServer.log?
You should check that no other application except SCADA-Server uses TCP port 10000.

I have nothing since it is a new VM on gcp which has installed only rapid scada. I do not have anything on server log except of log in scadaweb tha i showed. What can i do? i tried to reinstall it but it seems not everything runs (at least no agent).

I have no log files other than in the ScadaWeb folder, is this possible? all Log folders are empty except for C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\log and what showed below. What can the problem be?
