    Scada Admin dont work on Win10 (Server, communicator work)

    May be it is problem of Windows 10, not problem of SCADA

    But i want ask wich components (.NET) used

    Install MSSQL Compact from the distributive:
    both
    SSCERuntime_x86-ENU.msi and
    SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.msi
