Webstation errors

I’m getting the following errors in the ScadaWeb log. I tried to upgrade to ChartPro but the registration key isn’t found. I think there’s a directory problem here.

Could anyone help me in finding and fixing this problem?

I’ve gone back to the normal Chart plugin but no data is showing up in the graph. I am however seeing data in the tables

Hi,

Open the file C:\SCADA613\ScadaAgent\Config\ScadaAgentConfig.xml and check the Directory parameter. In your case, it should be C:\SCADA613\
After change ScadaAgentConfig.xml, restart the ScadaAgent6 service.

I did this but the problem persists. What else could I try?

Make sure that you don’t ignore registration keys when upload the configuration. The checkbox must not be set.
