Time difference between mysql DB and rapid scada server

We want to fix the time difference between the timestamp provided from rapid Scada to the mysql_DB and the rapid scada.log

Actually, we mentioned that there is another time difference between the time showed using in web browser (which is the same time zone of Russia) provided from rapid Scada input channel and the rapid scada.log.

Could you help us to change the time zone ?

In log files, the server’s time zone is used.
In the database, timestamps are passed in UTC. However, actual time zone is driver dependent.
In Webstation, time zone is specified by the web app configuration. By default server’s time zone is used. It can be changed in Administrator.
