Under Scheme editor, I add a LED component which has the condition defined. Once the color of Led component has been changed, user is interested to know more details about this led and click on this led. Is it possible to show the information of this Led component if the user is interested to click on this LED button for more information.

Information will be proposed as follows:-

Register value of 40001
Register 10001, 10002 or 10003

You can manually specify a hint for a component that displays on mouse hover. Showing automatic info can be a good idea for the future.
