    Hi Mikhail,

I’m cannot access to the Scada Webpages from any of the browser (IE, Firefox, Google Chrome). It keep showing The error “Server is unavailable.”

I’m already uninstall the whole Rapid SCADA software and reinstall back, but the prob do not solved.

FYI, previously it working fine. After few month I’m didn’t use the Rapid Scada, and yesterday i’m start doing the new project, this issue come out.

I’m don’t know it could be due to Windows Update? As I’m do not alter any setting of Rapid Scada since last working fine time.

I’m attach herewith the Server Log and Scada Web Log Screenshot. Please help advice me how to fix this issue.

    Hi,
According to the logs, Rapid SCADA 6 works well. But you open Rapid SCADA 5.
    Try http://localhost:10008 (by default)

    Hi Mikhail,

I’m try using http://localhost:10008 it is working fine even for SCADA 6.

But when using http://localhost/scada, the error “Server is unavailable” turn up.

Previously, it is working well by using http://localhost/scada for both SCADA 5 & SCADA 6.

Where can we do the configuration so that the link http://localhost/scada can be use.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    CCKoh

    Hi,

Server 5 and Server 6 must use different TCP ports to be able to work in parallel. Client applications should connect to a proper TCP port.
