    Dear Mikhail

    I has 2 issues:
    + I have problem with Rapid Scada, after 1 or 2 days work, when I restart or stop Scada Sever, it is keep status “pending stop”, Scada Server log that: it is only keep write data to current data, then waiting long time still can not solve problem, only I restart the computer then it work again.
    + I’s just updated Rapid Scada to Rapid SCADA 5.5.3, I follow this instruction:
    http://doc.rapidscada.net/content/en/installation-and-run/software-update.html.
    After update I have problem with license key. I must install again Automation Control module, enter the key -> it is ok, but with telegram communication plugin, when i insert the key -> it is show invalid key (and the computer code different with old one??). I make the backup for Scada before make update, how can i solve the license problem of telegram communication plugin? Is there another way to back up and restore the license more quicly and safety? Is there the way to update software to new version more convenience?

    Hi,
    1. You should post here a part of Server log.
    2. Please send me the new computer code by email. I will check the changes.

    Is there another way to back up and restore the license more quicly and safety?

    The key becomes invalid because of some changes in the environment. I will check them when receive the new computer code.

    Is there the way to update software to new version more convenience?

    The recommended way is here as you noticed.

    You can also update by replacing files, but it’s easy to make a mistake.

    Hi Mikhail

    Last time, I have the trouble when stop Scada Server-> it keep stop pending untill I restart the computer. I think my computer have the virus (some files was damaged by virus). Then I install window ,Rapid and update the scada config again but it can not solve problem. If Sacda server run 8 hours or less, it can stop and start ok. If server run over 15 hours, the problem happen!!?

    I install the RS on the cloud VPS windows.

    Please remind what is the version of SCADA-Server now? I strongly recommend 5.1.0.4

    Yes, I updated to last version 5.1.0.4 but the same problem.

    Try the same configuration of Rapid SCADA on another computer to check if this issue constantly appears or depends on the particular PC.

    Hi,
    Do you use Automatic Control module?
    –> yes, I use Automatic Control module and update to last version.
    I try the same config on another computer, it run with no problem. But when I run this config on Cloud VPS windows, the problem happen.

    Hi,

    It look like problem from Automatic Control Module, after I remove this module, problem not happen again. Althought I’ve not setting for this module yet.

    Hi,
    Can you post here a link to download the full log folder of SCADA-Server when the issue occurs?

    The thing is that stopping procedure is simple, and it’s strange that the service can’t stop.

    Hi,

    Because server has run for serveral days, The log file was filled with new data. I can not see the time when problem happen.
