Modbus Devices Function code 04 3xxxx

I would like to use Rapid SCADA to read the status of a Modbus device using Function code 04 30001 and 30002 address.

After this, I would have like to have a summary table of the status of the register 30001 and 30002 as this will be the status of the record log.

Please advise if anyone can help on this.
