Migrate data from 5.x to 6.X

I have a query not found an item with answers. I have a server with version 5.x, I have installed the latest new version 6.x, on my old server I have created large projects, how do I migrate the data to the new version 6?

Thanks for your answer, I have managed to do the migration now, I am testing with the new version 6.0.1 I found some things:

1. In the communication line>device polling the scroll does not work for when you have more than 32 devices it is not possible to see the whole list using the right sidebar.

2. There are no SNMP drivers, I tried to use the 5.8 drivers but it was not possible since the new version is more complex.

1. Could you provide a screenshot?
2. SNMP driver has been ported to v6 recently and will be included in the next release.
