    Is it possible to configure Rapid Scada to log its data to MySQL?

    Instead of logging its data to SQLCompact? or Is it possible to have Rapid Scada read data from mysql for trending etc?

    Yes, you can export data to MySQL in real time.

    What about configuring Rapid Scada to read data from a MySQL database to view trends etc?
