    Hi, I loggin server an error :” server is unavailable”

    Hi,

    Check C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ScadaServerSvc.log for the error details.

    I have the same issue ”server is unavailable” and did not find the log
    Please help

    Open the services list in Windows and make sure that ScadaServerService is running.
    Also make a screenshot of the C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ folder

    Hello,

    I have also the same issue. I am using v5.8.4 on windows.

    Problem:
    Adminstrator Application (DemoProject) > Instances > Default > Server > Stats > Server State: File not found, Server Log: File not found.

    Ofcourse when i start the instance in the web browser, i can’t login: Server not available.

    For the directory you mentioned above C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\Log\ is empty in my case

    How can i fix this?

    P.S. I tried with the prerelease v6 and the server was working normally, but there were many other bugs so i decided to go back to the v5.8.4 (latest stable version)

    Hello again,

    Now the server is working fine.

    Reason: The windows was not running the server service.

    Solution: Press Win+R then type “services.msc”. Scroll to “ScadaServerService” and click start.

    Hello,
    Thank you for the information.
    After installation of Rapid SCADA 5 the services are stopped. You should restart a computer to start them.

    The installer of Rapid SCADA 6 starts the services automatically.
