Based on Installation of Rapid SCADA on Linux:
    1. Copy all files of GrafanaDataProvider from the SCADA folder to /opt/scada/:
    cd SCADA
    sudo mv GrafanaDataProvider /opt/scada/
    2. Create a link to the web application files:
    sudo ln -s /opt/scada/GrafanaDataProvider /var/www/html/grafanadataprovider
    3. Copy scada.conf file as grafanadataprovider.conf
    sudo cp /etc/apache2/sites-available/scada.conf /etc/apache2/sites-available/grafanadataprovider.conf
    4. Edit and replace all ‘scada’ string in grafanadataprovider.conf with ‘grafanadataprovider’ string:
    sudo nano /etc/apache2/sites-available/grafanadataprovider.conf
    5. Enable grafanadataprovider web application:
    sudo a2ensite grafanadataprovider.conf
    6. Restart Apache:
    sudo service apache2 restart
    7. Check GrafanaDataProvider instructions https://github.com/RapidScada/scada-community/tree/master/Apps/GrafanaDataProvider
