I’ve installed a trial elastic report version 5.0.4.0 on the Rapid SCADA server 5.0.8.0 version. After the activation of the trial version,

I have installed the elastic report plugin as per the steps mention in the documentation, I can view the elastic report folder in the web station but I am unable to open the file, the cursor is red when try to open the file. Have I missed any step while configuring. I have followed the documentation while installing also created the interference path according to the documentation.
