    Hello.

    I got this error message when I clicked ‘Change period’ on the chart page:
    ———————————————————
    Application Error
    An application error occurred. If it repeats often, please contact the support.
    Details:
    Value cannot be null.
    Parameter name: key
    ——————————————————-

    Additional Info:
    When I go to the chart page, this message appears in the upper right corner:
    >>> Error loading Chart Pro plugin configuration: File C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\config\PlgChartPro.xml not found.

    After some time, this message appears:
    >>> Generated 09/06/2025 10:02:48

    Although the message in the Additional Info had appeared previously, I was still able to use the ‘Change period’ function — but now it no longer works.

    Hi,
    1. The PlgChartPro.xml file contains the plugin configuration. It should be copied into the project.
    2. Upgrade to Rapid SCADA 6 from version 5.

    Will upgrading to Rapid SCADA 6 from version 5 affect the registration key that I bought for version 5?

    You will need to re-request the keys for version 6 on the same PC.

    Yes. We will update the keys for free for the same computer.
    You can install v5 and v6 in parallel using different TCP ports for Server and Agent.
