Format ushort not working

Hello,

I have setup one input channel as ushort format (unsigned) but when i watch that channel in chart pro or table it seems he cap his value as 32727. That value indicate to me that chart pro and table show that input channel like signed and in communicator i didn’t setup that channel like that.

Is there anything i miss in setup the channel because i saw format option only in communicator template?

Hi,
Despite of Communicator settings, all input channels have double data type. You should search for the cause in Communicator.

Can you be more specific because like i said i check option for data to be ushort in Communicator?

You should provide a part of communication line log where we can see the raw data packages from the device. And provide screenshot of the Modbus template.

I need to apologize because i found mistake in peripheral device(blocking value at 32727). That means communicator is working correctly.
