Monitoring of free storage space.

Features:
— If the free space limit is exceeded, three actions are possible: do nothing, delete the data folder (the oldest one), compress the folder into an archive and transfer it to another medium (folder), but the folder will also be deleted.
— In all three cases, the date of the event and the sign of the occurrence are written.
