Communicator does not popup

    Hi
    I have a problem with communicator , software was installed in windows 10 but communicator does not popup when trying to start for configuring communication with device , it shows a message “SCADA Communicator already started and the second instance will be closed ”
    your help is appreciated

    Communicator runs in the system tray, we take account of it.

    I did not get your point ; can you give more details please ,taking in account that administrator software is running properly .

    When you start Communicator and Server, it does not open the program window, but it starts minimized and its icons are located in the system tray

    thank you for your help , your are right i found the communicator with the hidden icons and its working properly now…
